Refund policy
What happens to your money when an event changes, in plain language.
The short version
All ticket sales are final. There are two exceptions, and they are the ones that matter: cancelled events and postponed events.
What the charge looks like on your statement
Ticket purchases appear on your card statement as VIRDENLIVE — Virden Live is operated by 3CTech Ltd., which takes the payment. If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact the box office before disputing it with your bank; we can look up the order and sort it out far faster than a dispute can.
Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, every ticket is refunded in full — ticket price, service and processing fees, and taxes — to the payment method you bought with. It can take a few business days for your bank or card company to show the money back on your statement.
Postponed events
If an event is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date. There is nothing to do — the same QR code works at the gate.
Can't make the new date? Ask the box office for a refund within 7 days of the new date being announced, and you will get one — in full, to the original payment method.
Season passes
Season pass cancellations and part-season (pro-rata) refunds are handled by the club directly, case by case. Contact the club through the box office and they will sort it out with you.
Lost tickets are not a refund problem
Lost the email or closed the tab before saving your QR code? You don't need a refund — go to Find my tickets and we'll send your tickets again.
